Is Sukhi Bharat a law firm?
No. Sukhi Bharat is a legal-awareness, consultancy and case-management service. We do not practise law, represent you in court, or file matters on your behalf. For court representation, you will need to engage a licensed advocate directly.
Will you guarantee that I win my case, or get a favourable RTI response?
No. We never guarantee any outcome, result, success, or timeline — for a court matter, an RTI application, or anything else. Any guidance we provide is general legal information and consultancy, and final decisions rest with the relevant court, authority or Information Commission.
Who are your experts, and can I choose one myself?
Our internal panel is made up of empanelled subject-matter consultants, including retired professionals and other qualified advisors, assigned to your case by our team based on your matter type. We do not publish individual profiles, and there is no directory to browse or choose from.
Can Sukhi Bharat represent me in court?
No. We do not provide court representation, appearance, or filing services. Where your matter needs representation, we will say so clearly and can help you stay organised alongside that engagement.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Your case, documents and communications are only visible to you and the people directly working on your matter — never published or shared for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
How do I book and pay for a consultation?
Online consultation booking and payment are being built now. In the meantime, you can register, describe your matter, and upload documents — our team will review your case and be in touch about next steps.
Do you help with RTI (Right to Information) applications?
Yes — including identifying the right Public Authority and PIO, preparing your application, tracking responses and deadlines, and understanding First and Second Appeal options where legally permissible. See our RTI Assistance page for details.
What if my matter is urgent and needs immediate legal representation?
Please engage a licensed advocate directly for urgent representation needs. Sukhi Bharat can still help you organise your documents and case information alongside that engagement.
Is there a cost to register or start a case?
No — registering and describing your matter is free. Any cost for a consultation or an optional add-on service will always be shown to you clearly before you pay.
