Privacy Policy
1. What information we collect
We collect the information you provide when registering (name, email, phone number) and when using the Service (matter details, documents you upload, case updates, and records of consultations and services once those features are available).
2. Why we collect it
We use this information solely to provide the Service: to create and manage your account, organise your case, connect you with an appropriate internally empanelled consultant, and provide the document and administrative support you request.
3. Who can access your information
Your case and documents are accessible only to: you; the Sukhi Bharat staff/administrators responsible for managing cases; and the specific expert consultant assigned to your matter. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
4. How your information is stored
Documents are stored securely, outside public access, with access limited to authorised roles and logged for accountability. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing and are never visible to our staff. [LEGAL/COMPLIANCE REVIEW REQUIRED: confirm hosting location and any additional security certifications before launch — none are claimed here.]
5. Data retention Placeholder
[BUSINESS DECISION REQUIRED, with LEGAL/COMPLIANCE REVIEW: how long case records and documents are retained after a case is closed, consistent with the storage-limitation principle under applicable data protection law.]
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@sukhibharat.vishavkalyan.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. [LEGAL/COMPLIANCE REVIEW REQUIRED: finalise the specific rights and response timelines applicable under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.]
7. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in securely. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children's data
The Service is not intended for use by minors without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
9. Third parties
Where the Service uses third-party providers (for example, a payment gateway once available), those providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function, and are separately bound by their own privacy and security terms.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date above.
