2. What the Service is

Sukhi Bharat provides legal-awareness, consultancy and case-management support, together with lawful document and administrative assistance. 3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and describing your matter, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. You must be lawfully entitled to use this Service and must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service through a parent or guardian.

4. Lawful use only

You agree not to use the Service to seek assistance with, or to facilitate, any unlawful activity. Sukhi Bharat may decline or discontinue support for any matter that appears to involve unlawful conduct.

5. No guarantee of outcome

Sukhi Bharat does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or timeline in relation to your matter. Guidance provided is general legal information and consultancy, not a promise of success.

6. Fees and payment Placeholder

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultations and add-on services are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It is not an absolute no-refund policy, and it does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer-protection law.

8. Documents you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any information and documents you upload. Documents are stored securely and accessed only as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Sukhi Bharat name, branding, and website content belong to Vishav Kalyan / Sukhi Bharat. Documents and information you submit remain yours.
